Remember that this program is a customized one and I will take your individual goals (regardless of how modest or extreme they may be), time you can dedicate to training, current level of fitness, gender, lifestyle and metabolism into account when designing your program. Every two weeks adjustments will be made based on your progress.

In order to achieve the fastest results possible, an individualized program is the best investment you can make. I’ll make sure that you are taking in the right amount of carbs, proteins and fats based on your current metabolic status and goals. I will also make sure that you are only investing money on supplements that you need (that will actually work) and that will fit within your budget.

This form will also let me know what your motivation level is. To be honest, I want to make sure that you will be 100% committed to this program for the next 8 weeks. If you are not committed I simply do not want to take your money. And since I have very limited spots available, I just want to work with the most committed people.

With that said, here are some points that I want you to know about:

Understand there is a minimum three month commitment to get started.

This program requires consistency and determination so even though I will adjust the program to fit your schedule you need to make sure that you will follow through with it. Even if the program only calls for 4 sessions of 30 minutes each week, you still need to allocate that time for your fitness goals.

You will be required to send progress photos in order to receive the best coaching possible.

I will personally answer any and all of your questions via email within 48 hours.

The minimum equipment required are some dumbbells and an adjustable bench.
